• Set their own pricing for content
• Receive automatic payouts through Stripe Connect
• Track earnings and sales analytics

Customers can purchase time-limited access (5 minutes) to creator content through secure checkout.

3. Eligibility

To use Fantoom, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to upload content and receive payouts. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

4.2 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard.

5. Content Guidelines

5.1 Acceptable Content

You may upload content that is:

• Original work that you own or have permission to monetize
• Legal in your jurisdiction and ours
• Appropriate for general audiences
• High-quality images or videos (up to 10GB per file)

5.2 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Content depicting minors in any context
• Copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Violent or graphic content
• Content that violates privacy rights
• Spam, malware, or malicious content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or refuse any content that violates these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to your original content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Generate blurred previews and thumbnails
• Process payments and deliver content to purchasers

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Pricing and Fees

• Platform Commission: 10% of creator earnings
• Payment Processing: Processing fees added to customer total
• Creator Earnings: Content price minus 10% platform fee
• Customer Payment: Content price plus payment processing fees

7.2 Payouts

Creator payouts are handled through our secure payment system with:

• Automatic daily payouts to your bank account
• Standard banking processing times apply
• Proper tax documentation required
• Compliance with financial regulations

7.3 Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for technical issues or payment errors. Content access is time-limited (5 minutes) and cannot be extended.

8. Content Access and Security

• Secure Storage: All content stored in private cloud storage
• Time-Limited Access: Customers receive 5-minute access after purchase
• No Public URLs: Content never publicly accessible
• Access Tokens: Secure tokens with expiration for content access
• Preview Protection: Blurred previews to protect creator content

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Share purchased content with others
• Use automated tools to access or download content
• Engage in fraudulent payment activities
• Create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions
• Interfere with platform operation or other users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our algorithms
• Use the platform for illegal purposes
